LOG C&P MAX:

·       10” log for women/12” log for men

·       60 second time limit for each attempt

·       Three attempts according to Wessel’s rule

·       Minimum 5# weight increase

·       Belts, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, grip shirts, chalk allowed

·       No tacky

18” DEADLIFT MAX:

·       60 second time limit for each attempt

·       Three attempts according to Wessel’s rule

·       Minimum 5# weight increase

·       Belts, straps, wrist wraps, knee wraps or sleeves, suits allowed

·       Hitching allowed

·       NO SUMO

SPEED KETTLEBELL TOSS

·       10’ for women/14’ for men

·       60 second time limit

·       Each kettlebell must be tossed over the bar successfully before continuing

·       Time stops when final kettlebell hits the ground

·       Belts, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, gloves, chalk allowed

·       No tacky

 

FARMERS CARRY FOR TIME/DISTANCE

·       200’ distance for time or as far as possible in 60 second time limit

·       Belts, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, chalk allowed

·       No gloves, tacky or straps

SANDBAG OVER BAR

·       46” for women/50” for men

·       60 second time limit

·       Athlete will have to successfully carry and load each sandbag over bar before retrieving next weight

·       Lightest to heaviest at 50’/30’/10’ increments

·       Belts, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, chalk allowed

·       No gloves or tacky
